On Wednesday, July 30, the "I Don't Get Tired" rapper's estranged wife of nine years filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, per documents obtained by PEOPLE from the Superior Court of Los Angeles.

Dreka, 38, is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their two children Islah, 12, and Khaza, 11, as well as spousal support from Kevin, 39, whom she married in October 2015. She is also asking that her ex cover her attorney's fees.
